Chi-Long is an upstanding member of the Dark Brotherhood and Emperor's Hammer who has given a lot of time and effort towards the improvement of thisclub. He is not on a ban list, nor is he on the most wanted list. The was no reason for Astatine to ban Chi, except for some sort of personal vendetta.
This is the worst type of OPs abuse and should not be tolerated from an Executive Officer. Please note that Chi broke no CoCs during his conversation before getting banned.
